Know Thyself
— Pythia

Psychotherapy is a powerful, life-altering encounter. Its purpose is to change character, the very fabric of our being.

Welcome — I’m grateful you’ve arrived.

As a Clinical Psychotherapist, I support individuals and couples in understanding and releasing the emotional patterns that keep them tethered to old ways of being. Many of these patterns are shaped by early experiences, relationships, and moments when we had to protect parts of ourselves to survive.

My work integrates psychodynamic and somatic approaches, inviting a gentle return to self. Together, we bring what’s unconscious into awareness—restoring balance, authenticity, and connection. This process helps you reclaim boundaries, expand capacity, and move toward a life grounded in vitality, love, and meaning.

At the heart of my practice is a simple intention:
to cultivate a deeper intimacy with life itself.

I am guided by both academic training and lived experience—an understanding of the psyche shaped as much by my clinical experience as by the depths of my own life. Grief, loss, and transformation have been my teachers, allowing me to sit beside others with empathy and steadiness.

Through this work, I’ve witnessed extraordinary human resilience—the way healing unfolds when we meet ourselves honestly, when fragmented parts are welcomed back into wholeness. Psychotherapy, in its essence, is not about fixing but remembering: coming home to our innate wisdom and capacity to live fully.

My approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, honouring that each person’s path is unique. There is no single route to healing—only the one that leads you back to yourself.

Wholeness is our return home: to belong again to ourselves, and to the world around us.
